How Golf Tech collects, uses, and protects your information. Last updated October 2026.

This Privacy Policy explains how Golf Tech ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit our website, book an appointment, or contact our shop.

Information we collect

Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, and any details you include when you fill out a form, book an appointment, or call or email the shop.

Information collected automatically: basic device and usage data, such as browser type, pages visited, and the site that referred you, collected through cookies and similar tools.

How we use your information

We use your information to answer your questions, schedule and manage fittings and repairs, follow up on your service, improve our website, and send you updates if you ask to receive them.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host, our online booking provider, and the analytics tools described below, or when the law requires it.

Cookies

Our site uses cookies to keep it working properly and to understand how visitors use it, including cookies set by Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the site may not work as expected if you do.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use our website. It collects information such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, the site that referred you, your general location, and your device and browser type. We use these reports in aggregate and do not use them to identify you personally.

Microsoft Clarity records how visitors interact with our pages, such as clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, and creates heatmaps and session replays. We use this to find and fix problems on the site. Clarity is set up to mask information you type into forms.

You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. To learn more about how Microsoft handles Clarity data, see the Microsoft Privacy Statement at privacy.microsoft.com.

You can ask us to access, update, or delete the personal information we have about you, or to stop sending you marketing messages, by contacting us using the details below.

Children's privacy

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
